Keith Lesser

Keith now leads the firm which he done so for over 5 years with over 20 years industry experience.
The firm has a team focus with development at the core and clients benefit from this. We have decreased our client base to focus on deeper relationships and doing more for existing clients and ensuring they get the support they need as we now mainly focus on Ltd company clients rather than sole traders which has allowed this shift in focus. We take on new clients on a regular basis typically onboarding one new client per week.
Our team make up is 12 full time employees plus various freelancers including our dedicated payroll department (payroll sorted). Our firm is in the top 1% with regards to being at the cutting edge of the accountancy industry through colaberation with other firms, working with industry leaders and using the best technology.

Stephen has over 50 years experience in the accountancy industry and vast expertise in helping privately owned businesses.
He now works part time around 25 hours per week. Stephen is passionate about client success and has built strong relationships with clients in the last 30 years with excellent tax advice. Starting Lesser & Co from scratch in 1988, Stephen has helped build an impressive business focussed on quality service. With an unparalled attention to detail, the accounts have high accuracy and Stephen has an exceptional record in resolving HMRC enquiries with positive results.
