I have been a client for 5 years and I have found them to be very professional and helpful. Due to the Coronavirus, like everyone else, I was worried about many things. I needed to speak to Lessers, my Bank and Insurance Company and even Homebase. I was very disappointed not to have been able get in touch with almost all of them except Lesser. 
Lesser was happy and prompt in contacting me, and have kept in touch with help and support. I know they will continue to advise and more importantly, they care about their clients. They have set up Zoom meetings and even video calls to enable contact. I don't know how I would have felt if I wasn't able to contact them and I thank them for my peace of mind.
